While we strive for professional installation, Doorelle Works is not responsible for:

• Existing structural issues

• Hidden wiring or utilities

• Damage caused by improper use after installation

• Third-party equipment malfunctions

 

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. In some cases, deposits may be required for custom projects or materials.

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds may not be available after production has started. We will work with customers in good faith to resolve reasonable concerns.
