Refund Policy

At Doorelle Works, many of our products and services are custom-designed and manufactured specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our work, the following policy applies.

Custom Orders

Custom 3D printed products, including doorbell camera mounts, intercom replacement covers, brackets, spacers, signs, and other personalized items, are generally non-refundable once production has started.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, dimensions, and installation plans before manufacturing begins. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing materials and processes.

Installation Services

Installation fees are non-refundable once installation work has been completed. If there is a workmanship or fitment issue, please contact us within 7 days and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before design or production work begins. Once custom design or printing has started, cancellation fees may apply to cover labor and material costs.
